Kerry Nielsen
Kerry Lynn Nielsen, age 46, passed away at his home in
Nephi, Utah, Friday, May 16, 2003.
He was born Aug. 17, 1956 in Cedar City, Utah. The son
of Bryan Eliason and Beulah Gayle Voorhees Nielsen. He
married Lisa Jex on Jan. 26, 1983 in Laketown, Utah. The
marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS
Temple.
He attended school in Nephi and graduated from Juab
High School. He served a mission for the LDS church to San
Diego, California. He worked in Cabinet making and was
employed by Larry Wright and Sons as a Mason. His interests
and hobbies are hunting and scouting. He was an active
member of the LDS church, serving in the scouts, young men,
and Elders Quorum.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Jex Nielsen; sons,
Nathan and Taylor Nielsen, all of Nephi; parents, Bryan and
Beulah Nielsen; brothers and sisters, David (Rachel)
Nielsen, Mark Nielsen, Danette (Steve) Jolley, Eric
(Lorette) Nielsen, Chazel (Travis) Allen; grandmothers, Elva
Nielsen and Beulah Voorhees.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday,
May 21, 2003 in the Nephi 2nd Ward, 222 South 100 East.
Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the
services. Interment in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 23, at
11:00 a.m. at the Stake Center, 351 South 100 West, Nephi.
Viewing will be Thursday, May 22, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at
the Anderson Funeral Home in Nephi and one hour prior to
services.
