Shirley Mizner
1925-2007
Shirley Golden Walker Mizner, age 82, of Hemet, CA
passed away at her home after a short hospital stay. She was
Born in Nephi, Utah. Her parents were Blaine and LaRue
Golden Walker. Her service was held at the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Hemet, CA. She was Buried at
San Jacinto Valley Cemetery in California. Arrangements were
taken care of by Inland Memorial Harford Chapel.
Shirley was born in Nephi, Utah, February 18, 1925.
She lived in Nephi, Utah and graduated from Juab High
School. Her parents owned and operated the Walker Drive Inn,
where she worked in Nephi, Utah after graduation. She moved
to Cedar City, Utah, before moving to Hemet, CA. She married
Lloyd Mizner in the San Diego LDS Temple August 14, 1966. He
passed away October 31, 2005. Shirley was a great friend to
every one, always happy and smiling. She had a very positive
attitude in the short days preceding her demise. Shirley was
a Daughter of the Utah Pioneers, and the Red Hat
Society.
Mrs. Shirley Mizner is survived by her two sons and
two daughters: Larry Wilkenson of Riverside, CA; Kevin
Wilkinson of CO; Beverly Wainwright of Moreno, CA; and
Terrie Harrison of Yucaipa, CA; 28 grandchildren, 45
great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sisters
in-law, Mary Golden, Hilda Erreca, and Agnes Brown, all of
San Diego, CA. She will be deeply missed by all her family
and friends.
Joshua Stephen Lind
1977-2007
Joshua Stephen Lind, 29, was joyfully reunited with
his father on April 5, 2007.
He was born August 14, 1977 in Burley, Idaho, to
Stephen and Diane Lind.
Josh love life and everyone in it. He had a contagious
laugh and was all about having fun. He enjoyed hunting,
camping, and playing with his best friend Jayce and little
princess Brylee.
Josh is survived by his mother, Diane Lind; three
brothers, Kelly (Tahnee) Lind and Chad Lind, all of Nephi;
Rusty Lind of Las Vegas, NV; special companion, Eschel
Everitt; one nephew, Jayce Lind of Nephi; grandparents, Don
and Rachel Ames of Ioka, UT; Dwain and Margene Lind of
Burley, ID. Preceded in death by his father, Stephen D. Lind
in January of 1995.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday,
April 11, 2007 in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
Frank Demke Reiter
1915-2007
Frank Demke Reiter, age 91, passed away at home of
natural causes on April 8, 2007. He was born September 5,
1915 in Salt Lake City, son of Jacob and Therese Reiter.
Married Ada Barton January 29, 1945, later solemnized in the
Salt Lake LDS Temple. They had three children Michael,
Ronald and Barbara. Married Florence Bosch October 7, 1968
and increased his family by three children Linda, Donald and
Tamara.
Being of the greatest generation he served in the
112th Calvary regiment in the Asian Pacific during World War
II. He was proud of his service and he was a true patriot.
He worked for the Post Office for over 30 years. He loved
the game of golf and played it very well and could boast of
four holes-in-one, in his lifetime. He was a faithful member
of the LDS church and served in many positions and being a
temple worker was his favorite. He was loved by his
children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great
grandchildren and was an example of Christ-like love. His
greatest love in life was time spent with his family. He was
generous with his time, talent and money keeping the
treasury in business by distributing $2 dollar bills. He had
a wonderful sense of humor and he made friends everywhere he
went. We cherish every minute we had to spend with him and
he will be missed by all.
Survived by his brother Tony (Melba), children Michael
(Kathleen), Ronald (Deneille), Barbara Jones (Daniel),
Donald R. Bosch (Jeanine), Linda B. Smith (Jack) 23
grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 5 great great
grandchildren.
Preceded in death by wife Ada Barton, and wife
Florence Kendall Bosch, daughter and son-in-law Tamara and
Ron Brown, daughter-in-law Elise Reiter, brothers Joseph
Reiter, Otto Reiter, sisters Ruth Farrell and Eva Hall.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at
Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 West South Jordan
Pkwy.(10600 S.) from 6-8 p.m. Services in his memory will be
held Thursday, April 12 at 12:00 noon at the Granite LDS
Chapel 9575 South 3100 East, with a viewing 1 hour prior to
the services at the church. Interment Murray City Cemetery.

Myrtle Warner Taylor
1927-2007
Myrtle Warner Taylor, age 79, passed away April 8,
2007 at her home in Nephi.
She was born September 4, 1927 in Nephi, Utah, to
Francis and Amy Oliver Warner. She married Howard Winter
Taylor June 4, 1945 in the Manti LDS Temple. He died January
30, 2001.
She graduated from Juab High School. She was an active
member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
and served in many positions.
She is survived by her children, Francis Taylor,
Laurel Taylor, and Alan (Mary Ann) Taylor, all of Nephi; 6
grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. Preceded in death
by her husband, Howard; daughter Karen; 2 sisters and 3
brothers.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday,
April 11, 2007 in the Nephi City Cemetery. Friends may call
Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home,
94 West 300 North.
