Mills Rd, Levan, Utah Project Description: Intent to Approve New Animal Rendering Plant The proposed emissions changes, in tons per year, will be as follows: PM10 (+) 2.80, NOx (+) 34.45, SO2 (+) 7.99, CO (+) 39.48, VOC (+) 4.21, HAPs (+) 0.25. The completed engineering evaluation and air quality impact analysis showed that the proposed project meets the requirements of federal air quality regulations and the State air quality rules.
