AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEPHI CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
AND AMENDED ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, Nephi City Council has authority to adopt
amendments to zoning ordinances a zoning map pursuant to
§ 10-9-401, 402, and 403; and
WHEREAS, Nephi City Council directed the Nephi City
Planning Commission to review the Nephi City Zoning
Ordinance and Zoning Map and make recommendations to the
ordinance and
WHEREAS, the Nephi Planning Commission has viewed the
zoning ordinance and zoning map and made recommendation
for an amended zoning ordinance and zoning map; and
WHEREAS, Nephi City has complied with all legal
requirements for public hearings notice to adopt an
amended zoning ordinance and zoning map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the attached
amendment to the Nephi City Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map be adopted and, to protect the welfare of the City,
become effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all previous zoning
ordinances be repealed.

ORDINANCE NO. 4-4-00
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEPHI CITY SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Nephi City Council has authority to adopt
amendments to subdivision ordinances pursuant to §
10-9401, 402, and 403; and
WHEREAS, Nephi City Council directed the Nephi City
Planning Commission to review the Nephi City Subdivision
Ordinance and make recommendations to amend the
ordinance; and
WHEREAS. the Nephi Planning Commission has viewed the
subdivision ordinance and made recommendation for an
amended subdivision ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Nephi City has complied with all legal
requirements for public hearings and notice to adopt an
amended subdivision ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the attached
amendment to the Nephi City Subdivision Ordinance be
adopted and, to protect the welfare of the City, become
effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all previous subdivision
ordinances be repealed.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Juab County Commission will hold a public hearing
on Monday May 1, 2000 at 2:30 PM in the Juab County
Commission Chambers. The purpose of the hearing is to
receive public comment on a request from
Schofield-Andrews to change their property Serial #
XB2299-2 located at the intersection of the Airport Road
and State Highway 132 from A-1 to C-1 Commercial.
