VANDALISM • Phil Baker, Nephi City Cemetery and Parks Superintendent, shows damage recently done to trees at the City/County Complex. Vandals have torn limbs from the trees, which have been growing for several years to reach this stage of maturity. The trees are valued at around $300 each. Information about these incidents would be appreciated.
