Neldon Hanson
Neldon A. Hanson, age 97, passed away February 21, 2004
in Nephi, Utah.
He was born December 21, 1906 in Emery, Utah, to
Joseph Emil and Elizabeth Anderson Hanson. He married Nina
Chappell, later divorced and married LuLu Worthington.
He is survived by his children, Robert N. (Charlotte)
Hanson, Joseph E. (Darlene) Hanson, Sherry (William) Brady,
and Alice (Boyd) Mayer; 10 grandchildren; 15
great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; brothers,
LaVon Hanson and Fay Hanson. He was preceded in death by his
wife LuLu; two brothers, Glen and Vern Hanson; one sister,
Ruby Richenbach
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m at Vine Bluff
Cemetery in Nephi on Thursday, February 26, 2004. Friends
may call from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral
Home, 94 West 300 North prior to the graveside services.
Margaret Heckle
Margaret Louise Smith Heckle, age 94, passed away
February 19, 2004 in Nephi, Utah.
She was born October 17, 1909 in Nephi to Walter Kerr
and Emily Belliston Smith. She married Tex Heckle October
31, 1935 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints. She worked at Smith's Bakery for over 20
years.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret (Paul)
Harris of Realto, California; 2 grandchildren; 7
great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Tex; a granddaughter,
Karen Plasencia; brothers, James, Joseph, Paul and Reed
Smith; sisters, Adalaid Howard and Deon Smith.
Graveside services were held February 23, 2004 in Vine
Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
