JUST OUT AND ABOUT • This Pheasant was spotted on 700 North on Tuesday morning, apparently just enjoying the neighborhood and the falling snow. After the photo was taken, he hot footed it South on 300 East probably looking for warmer climes. The weather man is calling for some snow today and then partly cloudy for the rest of the week.
