PUBLIC HEARING Nephi City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the following proposed revisions to the Nephi City zoning ordinance: 1. Revise the list of allowed uses in the Combined Use-2 (CU-2) zoning district. This revision would remove some of the more intensive retail uses and facilitate the use of the CU-2 district as a buffer between commercial districts and residential districts. 2. Add zero-lot-line development as an allowed use in the R-1-8 residential zoning district. This change would allow "twin home" development where a dwelling could be located with one sidewall of the dwelling on the property line. 3.
