LEGAL NOTICE On February 5, 2002 the Nephi City
Council received a certification from the city recorder
concerning a petition requesting annexation of
approximately 4.75 acres into the city. The name of the
annexation petition is the Nephi-Myers/Broadhead
annexation petition. The proposed annexation area is
located on State Highway 132 at approximately 400 West on
100 North and includes the parcels southerly and westerly
to the fence lines. The area address is described as:
beginning at a point on the existing Nephi Townsite
Boundary said point being N 89° 19' 55" E, 866.12
feet along the Mid Section line and S 00° 00' 08" E,
