Jacob Alan Boyd

Jacob Alan Boyd, age 16, lost his life in an automobile train accident on Feb. 2, 2002.

He was born June 17, 1985, in Payson, Utah, to Jeffery Alan and Teri Ellen Norick Boyd.

He was a sophomore at Juab High School. He loved the outdoors, hunting, snowboarding and dirt bike riding. Most of all he loved to run cross country, track and field.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Teri Boyd; brothers and sisters, Jeremiah, Jessie, Stephanie (Shane) Woolslayer, Sharon, and Stacy; grandparents; Carolyn Bair, and Norm and Donna Boyd; great-grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and a future nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2002, in the Nephi North Stake Center, 1125 North 400 East. Friends may call one hour prior to the services. The interment will be in the Mona Cemetery.
