On Saturday, January 21, 2006 the Juab High School
Drill Team traveled to South Summit High School to
compete for the Region title coming home with the
first place trophy.
The Drill Team competed in three routines,
Military, Dance and Novelty taking first place in all.
Taking 2nd place was South Summit and 3rd place was
North Summit.
Individual awards were given for Region All-Stars
and Academic All-Region. Receiving Region All-Star
were Lauren Wickel, Mckenzie Lundell and Chantel
Wilkey. Receiving Academic All-Region were Lauren
Wickel, Hilary Hitchcock, and Mckenzie Lundell. Taking
2nd place in the Drill Down was Hilary Hitchcock.
The team will compete for State on Saturday,
January 28th at UVSC beginning at 9:00.
