NEW YEAR BABY 2006 • Central Valley Medical Center is pleased to announce the arrival of the 2006 New Year Baby, Whitney Elaine Clements. Whitney was born January 5, 2006 at 9:44 a.m. to Dustin and Pamela Clements of Fountain Green, Utah. She weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 20 inches long.
