FREEWAY BILLBOARD HAS THE RESIDENTS IN AN UPROAR • South Towne Estates residents want the Nephi City Council to get this sign removed. The sign is located on private property where the irrigation pond is located east of the subdivision and belongs to Simmons Outdoor Advertising. Sources at Nephi City indicate that the sign will have to be changed to meet the permit that was issued. The current sign is 14' X 48' but the permit only allows a 12' x 40' sign at this location
